Funeral for Kenneth W. Moore, 41, Lawton, is pending with Jefferson Funeral Home. Mr. Moore died Friday, Dec. 20, 2002, in an Oklahoma City hospital. ========= Lawton Constitution 25 Dec 2002 Kenneth W. Moore Funeral for Kenneth W. Moore, 41, Lawton, will be at 11 a.m. Friday, at Jefferson Funeral Chapel with Otto Young, minister, officiating. Mr. Moore died Friday, Dec. 20, 2002 in Oklahoma City. Burial, with military honors, will be in Fort Sill National Cemetery, Elgin. He was born Feb. 23, 1961 in Oklahoma City. He graduated from Leilehua High School, Honolulu, Hawaii in 1980. He came to Lawton in 1991 from California. He served in the Army from 1980 to 1983, and was trained as a cook. He served as a military driver specialist and completed management training. He received the Sharpshooter qualification badge. He lived in Oakland, Calif. from 1983-1997, and worked as a cook. He returned to Lawton in 1997 and worked as a cook at VFW 1193. Survivors include his mother, Mildred Moore, Lawton; his father, Albert Richardson, Amarillo, Texas; three sisters: Sharon Gass, Augusta, Ga.; Renee Moore, Alexandria, Va.; and Melissa Moore, Lawton; his grandmother, Dora Richardson, Oklahoma City; a nephew, Johathan Gass, Atlanta, Ga.; three nieces: Giana Gass, Atlanta, Ga.; Rhonda Moore, Alexandra, Va.; and Natasha Gass, Augusta, Ga.; and many relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, George Moore, Lawton; grandparents: Aaron and Leslie Carr, Tatum; and Robert Richardson, Elmore City.
