All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ===================================================================== ::Becker FH--Lawton OK Lawton Constitution 21 Jun 2003 Billie Jean Marco Memorial service for Billie Jean Marco, 69, Lawton, will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Westminster Presbyterian Church with the Rev. John Saville, retired Presbyterian minister, officiating. Mrs. Marco died Friday, June 20, 2003, at her home. Arrangements are by Becker Funeral Home. She was born May 23, 1934, in Lawton, to William Jennings and Marcia Rowell Oswalt. She married John C. Marco on Dec. 20, 1964, in Wichita Falls, Texas. She graduated from Lawton High School in 1952, where she was a member of the band. She sold real estate from 1975-2000. She was a broker for Coldwell Banker, and was past president of the Lawton Board of Realtors. After retirement she worked with needy children as a volunteer. Survivors include her husband, of the home; three children: Michael William Crowder and Dustin Marco, both of Lawton; and Barbara Ann Christy, Durant; two sisters: Emma Crowder, Lawton; and Naomi Tillman, Tulsa; four grandchildren: Clayton Stonerock and Sarah Stonerock, both of Durant; Tristan Marco and Blaklee Marco, both of Lawton; a great-granddaughter, Alisha Stonerock, Durant; and many friends. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, 3545 NW 58, Suite 400C, Oklahoma City 73112.
