Lawton Constitution April 1931 (died April 26, 1931)

Richard N. Morgan 77, died Sunday at 9:45 a.m. following an extended 
illness. Mr.Morgan suffered a stoke of paralysis last December 17. 
Funeral services were conducted at 3 p.m. Monday at the chapel of 
the Lawton Funeral home with the Rev.W.A. Wilcoxson, pastor of the 
Calvary Baptist church,officiating. Burial was made in Highland 
cemetery. Mr.Morgan was born Oct.13,1853, in Kentucky. He moved to 
Texas and came to Lawton in 1912. He is survived by two sons and six 
daughters.They are: Mike Morgan, Terrin Texas; Guno Morgan, Lawton; 
Mrs.Viola McBee, ,Anadarko, Okla.; and Mrs.Elizabeth Burnett,; 
Mrs.Ethel Cummings,; Mrs.Clara Garrison,; Mrs.Ora Harper,; and Mrs. 
Manda Caraway, all of Lawton.
