Funeral for James Henry "Red" Martin, 48, Lawton, is pending with Lawton 
Ritter Gray Funeral Home.

Mr. Martin died Thursday, Nov. 27, 2003, in Lexington.

James Henry Martin

Funeral for James "Red" Martin, 48, Lawton, will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at 
Lawton Ritter Gray Funeral Home Chapel.

Mr. Martin died Thursday Nov. 27, 2003.

He was born June 15, 1955, in Frankfurt, Germany, to Marvin Martin and 
Velma Lorain Slimp Martin. He grew up and attended school in Walters. He 
was a resident of Lawton for the past 15 years.

Survivors include, his wife, Vickie Lynn Black and Brittany Black Dial, of 
the home; a son, James "Buddy" Black, Elgin; two daughters: Torie Dawn 
Black and Stacy Loraine Crump, both of Lawton; three brothers: Barry Ross 
Martin, Rush Springs; Eddie Martin, Halton City, Texas; and Billy Martin, 
Seaside, Calif.; and six grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and two brothers: Robert Allen 
Martin and Marvin James Martin.
