All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ========================================================================== ::Cache Cemetery--Cache OK Eva Leoma Nichols Jan. 22, 1919 - May 27, 2002 CACHE - Funeral for Eva Leoma Nichols, 83, Cache, will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Westside Church of God with the Rev. Jim Myers officiating. Mrs. Nichols died Monday, May 27, 2002, in Lawton. Burial will be at Cache Cemetery under direction of Whinery-Huddleston Funeral Service. She was born Jan. 22, 1919, to Eva Viola and William Bery Brown in Gould (Dryden). She married Wayne Nichols on Dec. 7, 1945, in Healdton. She was a nurses' assistant in California and at Southwestern Hospital in Lawton. She also was a sales clerk at Levines in Lawton before retiring to become a full-time homemaker. They lived in Stratford until her husband's death on Aug. 5, 1988. She then moved to Cache. She was a charter member of Restoration Church of God. Survivors include two sons: Carrol Nichols, Cache; and Tryce Scott, California; four daughters: Annimarie James, Yukon; Vicky Scott, Lawton; Phyllis Myers, Cache; and Gwenibelle Nichols, Ada; seven brothers; two sisters; 26 grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren; and five great-great- grandchildren.
