James D.M. Stafford officiating. Mrs. Overstreet died Thursday, Feb. 27, 2003. A rosary service will be held at 7 p.m. Monday at Whinery-Huddleston Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be at Cache Cemetery, Cache, under direction of Whinery- Hudleston Funeral Service. She was born July 18, 1931, in Staten Island, N.Y., to Elanora Gurdyn Sasso and Lionel Valentine Sasso. She married Ben Darryl "Buddy" Overstreet in Oklahoma in 1970. She was a statistician and an accounting technician for the Lawton Police Department for many years. She attended Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. Survivors include two sons: John Seaman, Denver; and Robert Seaman, Farnley, Nev.; a daughter, Dyahn Gonzales and her husband, Richard, Denver; three stepchildren: Vonetta Stumblingbear, Darryl Overstreet, and DeWayne Overstreet, all of North Carolina; three brothers: Alexander Sasso, Tony Sasso, and Eddie Sasso, all of Staten Island; a sister, Elanora Sasso, San Franciso, Calif.; 10 grandchildren: George Lee Seaman, Fort Worth, Texas; Tara Abeita, Michelle Anne Baker, Rudy Gonzales, Bobby Gonzales, and Mario Gonzales, all of Denver; Jennifer Seaman, Salt Lake City, Utah; Robert Seaman, Kenny Seaman, and Jeremy Seaman, all of Chicago; seven great-grandchildren: Taylor Adeita, Cassidy Adeita, Jonathan Adeita, Marcelleno Gonzales, Michelle Gonzales, and Mario Gonzales, all of Denver; and Robert Allen Seaman Jr., Chicago.
