All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.html ========================================================================== ::Letitia Cemetery--Letitia OK Lawton Constitution 14 Sep 2002 Avis Cranfill Page Funeral for Avis Cranfill Page, 65, Lawton, will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Bethel United Methodist Church, east of Lawton, with the Revs. Shaun Wicker, pastor, and Raymond Griffin, former pastor, officiating. Mrs. Page died Thursday, Sept. 12, 2002, at her home. Burial will be at Letitia Cemetery, east of Lawton, under direction of Becker Funeral Home. She was born Aug. 12, 1937, east of Lawton to Archie and Hattie F. Stacy. She grew up in this area and attended Pleasant Valley Schools. She graduated from Central High School in 1955. She married Corky Cranfill and later married retired Lt. Col. Franklin H. Page. He died Aug. 3, 2002. She worked in the music department at Cameron University for many years and also worked for Dr. Henry Smith, Dr. Gary Wilson and Telos. She was a member of Bethel United Methodist Church. She was also a member and an officer in FCE and Beginning Experience. Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law: Dan and Melissa Cranfill, Lawton; and Brent and Kristin Cranfill, Lubbock, Texas; three stepsons: Rodney Page, Washington, D.C., Richard Page, Colorado Springs, Colo.; and Steven Page, Dallas, Texas; three grandchildren: Cody Cranfill, Apache; Clark Cranfill and Morgan Cranfill, both of Lubbock, Texas; and two sisters, Loretha Plemmons, Fort Collins, Colo.; and Imogene Taliaferro, Lawton. Memorial contributions may be made to Bethel United Methodist Church, 4219 SE Dorchester, Lawton 73501; or to the American Lung Association, 2805 E. Skelly Drive, Suite 806, Tulsa 74105.
