All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ========================================================================== ::Sunset Memorial Gardens--Lawton OK Lawton Consitituion 15 May 2003 Arthur Lee Price Funeral for Arthur Lee Price, 59, Lawton, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Howard-Harris Funeral Services Chapel, Lawton, with the Rev. Michael Turner officiating. Mr. Price died Monday, May 12, 2003, in Lawton. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens. He was born May 10, 1944, in Plant City, Fla., to Walter and Katrina Price. He attended Marshall High School and played football. He spent his early childhood in Plant City, and worked for the city, the railroad and Cornet Mine. He married Frances Riggins in Florida. They later divorced. He was a member of St. Luke Missionary Baptist Church in Plant City. He moved to Lawton in 1985, and worked as head cook at Fort Sill Mess Hall. Survivors include a son, Henry Lee Price, Plant City; a daughter, Carolina Price, Plant City; a brother, Willie Freeman Price, Bristol, Pa.; four sisters: Bernice Green, Roberta Gable and Mazie Wilkerson, all of Plant City; and Elizabeth Acosta, Lakeland, Fla.; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; Arthur Seller, Lawton; and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his brother, Dan Price.
