Ms. Ray died Monday, April 22, 2002, in Lawton. =========== Lawton Constitution 27 April 2002 Lois ‘Mama’ Ray - Ohio 7 Apr 1929 - 22 Apr 2002 :Flower Mound Cemetery Funeral for Lois "Mama" Ray, 73, Lawton, will be at 10 a.m. today at Holy Family Catholic Church with the Rev. Joseph Kolb officiating. Ms. Ray died Monday, April 22, 2002, in Lawton. Burial will be at Flower Mound Cemetery under direction of Whinery- Huddleston Funeral Service. She was born April 7, 1929, in Bellfontaine, Ohio, to Dorothy and Frank Barnes. She was a nurse and a member of Holy Family Catholic Church. She also was a "Phone Pal" volunteer for United Way until the time of her death. Survivors include three sons and daughters-in-law: Sonny and Joyce Adams, Hartville, Ohio; Abbie and Lynn Adams, Boardman, Ohio; and Wayne and Joy Adams, Broxton; five daughters and four sons-in-law: Nadara and Mickey Mader, Monroe Falls, Ohio; Penny and Gene Fouts, Brimefield, Ohio; Chris Vann; Donna and Leon Tugmon; and Sue and James Allen Carrico, all of Lawton; 20 grandchildren and 36 great-grandchildren.
