Capshaw Regan Funeral for Livona M. Capshaw Regan, 84, Comanche County, will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Becker Funeral Home Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Jimmy Lehew, associate pastor, Locust Grove Baptist Church, east of Lawton, officiating. Mrs. Regan died Monday, Nov. 10, 2003, at a local hospital. Burial will be at Faxon Cemetery. She was born Aug. 25, 1919, in Faxon, to Thomas and Eunice Pearl Lynch Capshaw. She married Charles E. Regan on June 30, 1936, in Lawton. She was a longtime resident of Comanche County and farmed with her husband in the Fletcher and Chattanooga areas. She was a seamstress and received many awards at local fairs for her sewing. She owned and operated Robbie's Beauty Shop and Livona's Beauty Shop for many years before retiring. She was a member of Chattanooga First Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband, of the home; a son, retired USCG Comdr. Robert A. Regan and his wife, Rosa, Clear Lake, Texas; two daughters: Charlene Johnson and her husband, Charles, Lawton; and Virginia Wood, Denton, Texas; 14 grandchildren: Richard Regan, Michael Reagan, SGM Curtis Regan, Sherry Berry, Amy Ellen Morrell, Cynthia Ward, Tommy Regan, Crystal Westbrooke, Ronald L. Wood, Stephanie Mendia, Rebeka Weaver, Eric Regan, Jennifer Regan and Robert Regan Jr.; 22 great-grandchildren; five great- great-grandchildren; and a brother, Thomas Dewey Capshaw, Chattanooga. She was preceded in death by her son, Joseph Cleveland Regan; two sisters: Laura Mae Waite and Virginia Capshaw; and a brother, Joseph Capshaw.
