All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ========================================================================== Lawton Constitution 14 Dec 2003 Juanita Joan Riggins Funeral for Juanita Joan Riggins, 74, Lawton, will be 2 p.m. Monday at Lawton Ritter Gray Funeral Home Chapel with John A. Dunaway, pastor, Abundant Life Christian Center, officiating. Mrs. Riggins died Saturday, Dec. 13, 2003, at a local nursing center. Burial will be at Memorial Cemetery in Anderson, Ind., under direction of Rozelle Johnson Funeral Home. Mrs. Riggins was born May 24, 1929, in Anderson, Ind., to Uyless Melvin and Thelma Joyce Donavan Perry. She graduated from high School in Anderson in 1947. She lived in Texas, California, Alaska, Indiana, and Hawaii before she moved to Lawton in 1992. She was a past member of the Women's American Legion Auxiliary in Anderson. Survivors include three sons: Michael Riggins and his wife, Kim; Richard Riggins and his wife, Annette; and Roger Riggins and his wife, Sondra; three daughters: Patricia Entler and her husband, Jim; RoAnn Riggins-Keller and her husband, Brad; and Debra Riggins; a sister and brother-in-law, Paula Joyce and Jack Savage, Indiana; a sister-in-law, Ida Louella Riggins; 18 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; her grandmother, Nanny Florence Cripe; and a brother, Melvin Perry.
