Riddle Funeral for Lee H. Riddle, 79, Lawton, will be at 11 a.m. today at Western Hills Christian Church with Tommy Smith, pastor, officiating. Mr. Riddle died Sunday, Nov. 23, 2003, at a Lawton hospital. Burial will be at Fort Sill Post Cemetery under direction of Whinery-Huddleston Funeral Service. He served in the Army during World War II as a combat engineer in Italy. He later served as a military policeman in various locations in the United States, Germany and Korea. He retired from the Army as a sergeant first class with more than 27 years of service. He then worked as a supervisor for the Fort Sill Billeting Office until his retirement in 1983. Survivors include his wife, Pearl; two sons: Terry Riddle and his wife, Diana, Tulsa; and Alan Riddle, Lawton; a daughter, Kathy Riddle and her husband, Chuck Fletcher, Belton, Texas; four grandchildren: Matthew, Megan, Aaron and Adam; six sisters: Katie Lawing, Pearlean Story, Margaret Walker, Ruth Stancil, and Judy Metcalf, all of Tennessee; and Edna Christam, Michigan; and three brothers: Fred Riddle, Johnny Riddle, and Doyle Riddle, all of Tennessee.
