All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ===================================================================== ::Sunset Memorial Gardens--Lawton OK Lawton Constitution 09 Jun 2003 Mary Anna Roloff Funeral Mass for Mary Anna Roloff, 71, Lawton, will be said at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Holy Family Catholic Church with the Rev. Phillip Seeton, pastor, officiating. Mrs. Roloff died Saturday, June 7, 2003, in Lawton. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens under direction of Becker Funeral Home. Wake service will be at 6 p.m. Tuesday at Becker Memorial Chapel with Deacon Leo Martinez of Holy Family Catholic Church officiating. She was born Jan. 28, 1932, in Springfield, Ill., to Joseph and Anna Jedrowsky Kacevicius. She graduated from St. John’s Nursing School in 1952 and was commissioned a second lieutenant in the U.S. Army. She served from 1952 until 1956. She married Frederick Roland Roloff on April 5, 1957, at Fort Lewis, Wash. He died Nov. 18, 1992. She received her master’s degree from Stephen’s College at Columbia, Mo., and was director of nurses at Southwestern Hospital. She then became the nursing supervisor at Comanche County Memorial Hospital, before her retirement in 1995. She was past president of the Oklahoma Nurse’s Association and was involved with the Lawton Philharmonic and the Lawton Community Theater. She was a member of both Holy Family Catholic Church and Blessed Sacrament. Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law: Frederick and Elizabeth Roloff and John and Mary Roloff, all of Lawton; a daughter and son-in-law, Stephanie and Jon Pendergrass, Lawton; a brother, Joseph Kacevicius, Springfield; a sister, Rosemary Withers, Atlanta; six grandchildren: Joseph Roloff, Stephan Roloff, Whitney Pendergrass, Jon Paul Pendergrass II, Christopher Roloff and Eric Roloff; several nieces and nephews; and friends Anthony and Joan Libro. She was preceded in death by her parents and two sons. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Lawton Area Inc., P.O.
