Mrs. Starr died Tuesday, March 11, 2003, in Lawton. Arrangements are by Crews Funeral Home, Apache. She was born June 13, 1907, in Tuttle, to Albert and Allie Dudley. She married Russell H. Starr on Nov. 7, 1927, in Fort Cobb. She was a seamstress at Fort Sill during World War II. She lived most of her life in the Apache or Lawton area. She was a member of Lawton First Christian Church, and a member of Daughters of the American Revolution. Survivors include two sons: R.B.
