Funeral: 11 a.m. Saturday at First Christian Church in Denton. Burial: 3 p.m. in Acton Cemetery in Acton. Officiants: The Rev. Dr. Oran Nabors and the Rev. Dr. Charlotte Nabors. Visitation: 5:30 to 7 tonight. Memorials: Building Fund, First Christian Church, 1203 N. Fulton St., Denton, Texas 76201. Evelyn Middleton Stribling was born Feb. 16, 1903, in Richard's Spur, in Indian Territory Oklahoma, to John William and Lula Perdue Middleton. She married James O. Stribling in Henrietta on June 21,1925. He preceded her in death on June 10, 1979. She was a graduate of Lawton High School in Lawton, Okla., and a 38-year member of First Christian Church in Denton.
