Shelton Funeral for Claude E. Shelton, 88, Lawton, will be at 1 pm today at Winery-Huddleston Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Cliff Gavitt officiating. Mr. Shelton died Thursday, June 28, 2001, in Lawton. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens under direction of Winery- Huddleston Funeral Service. He was born Nov. 29,1912, in Rocky Ford, to Stella Mae and O.B. Shelton. He married Wanda Archer. He was a truck driver for Allen Lumber Company for many years. He was a member of the Baptist Church. Survivors include a son, Eddie Shelton; a daughter and son-in-law, Claudette and Tom Jiron, Lawton; three sisters and a brother-in-law; Viola and Ronnie Hines, Lawton; Ivylee Haversano, Lawton; and Neomi Stover, Calif.; four grandchildren: Crystal Drog, Texas; Stacy Marroquin, Virginia; Joseph Duff, California; and Michelle Muffley, Florida; and two great-grandchildren Dodey Marroquin and Kaley Marroquin.
