He was a Retired M/sgt. with 20 years service in the Army. Services were held at the Becker Funeral Home Chapel in Lawton by the Fort Sill Chaplain at 10:00 a.m. Friday November 9th, 1973. Military Rites and burial were conducted at the Fort Sill Military Cemetery. He leaves his wife, Pauline, and a daughtr, Jessip Faye, of the home. Other daughters, Valeria Knight, Maryland, and Ilo May Foster, Lawton, and three grandsons. His mother, Mrs. Ilo Sanders, Springlake, Texas, three brothers Leon, Tom and Kenneth also a sister, Mrs. Jack Ebling, all of Dimmitt, Texas, other sisters, Mrs. Dean Berden, Greeley, Colorado, Leota Llano, Texas, and Rita Foster from Maryland.
