All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ========================================================================== Lawton Constitution 30 Jun 2005 Jean Walker Graveside service for Jean Walker, 76, Lawton, will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Highland Cemetery with John Cahill, chaplain, Family Faith Hospice of Anadarko, officiating. Mrs. Walker died Wednesday, June 29, 2005, at her home. Arrangements are by Lawton Ritter Gray Funeral Home. She was born July 4, 1928, in Chickasha to William and Beatrice Smith Hutson. She graduated from Central High School and attended Cameron University. In 1948, she married Lloyd Walker in Lawton. She worked in civil service for more than 30 years, mostly at Fort Sill. Survivors include a daughter, Merilynn Walker, of the home; a son, Lloyd Walker, Leavenworth, Kan.; a granddaughter, Lydia Walker, Minnesota; her stepfather, David Taylor, Waynesboro, Tenn.; four nieces; a nephew; and many cousins and friends.
