Wright-Henderson Funeral for Otha D. Wright-Henderson, 71, Lawton, will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Friendship Pentecostal Holiness Chruch with Bishop Collis Allen, pastor of The Church of Living God, officiating. Mrs. Henderson died Wednesday, Aug. 31, 2005, in Oklahoma City. Burial will be at Post Cemetery under direction of Jefferson Funeral Home. She was born Aug. 11, 1934, in Gracemont to Kahomer and Kinnie Wright. She attended Anadarko High School. She came to Lawton in 1962 from Oklahoma City. She was married to A.B. Henderson. She was a homemaker. She was a member of The Church of Living God where she was the mission president, district women's president and Sunday School teacher. Survivors include four sons and a daughter-in-law: Homer and Cynthia Wright, Oklahoma City; Walter Henderson, Alden (AJ) Henderson and Marcus Henderson, all of Lawton; a daughter, Rita Mayberry, Lawton; 11 grandchildren: Clifton Mayberry, Lawton; Janelle Ham, South Carolina; Ursulyn and Lynette Wright, Christian and Eric Wright, Oklahoma City; Tiara Tahsequah, Aleceia and Dalvin Henderson, Tyesha and Keeshon Henderson, all of Lawton; 13 great-grandchildren; four sisters: Inez Spencer, Edna Smith and husband, Charles, and Chestine Wilson, all of Oklahoma City; Edna and Earl Banmore, Minneapolis, Minn.; a brother, Shedrick and Marva Wright, Oklahoma City; and a special friend, Martha Mucker. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; two sisters: Lula Gibson and Mayola Wright; and great-granddaughter, Natyah Ham.
