Served in the U.S. Air Force. He retired from Arizona Rubber mat after 39 years. He was a member of the Moose Lodge, DAV and one of the Founding members of the Weakenders Outdoor Camping Club. He is survived by his loving wife, Grace; daughter, Charlotte (William) Watts and son, Michael (Amy) Bright; granddaughters, Kara Wichita and Kathryn Bright; sisters, Stella Jo (Dale) Goodin; brothers, Melvin (Lucille) Bright and Delvin Bright; mother-in-law, Emma Gerts. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the American Cancer Society. Visitation will be one hour prior to service time at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 8, 2005 at EAST LAWN PALMS CHAPEL, 5801 E. Grant Rd.
