All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ===================================================================== ::Randlett Cemetery--Randlett OK Cochran, Donald DONALD COCHRAN NOV. 25, 1932 - OCT. 17, 2006 Donald passed away Thursday, October 17, 2006 at his residence in Randlett, Oklahoma. He had resided in Empire, CA for 30 years, previously. Donald grew up in Oklahoma and California. As a young man, he served his country honorably in the US Army during the Korean War. He worked 20 years for Turlock Concrete Pipe in Turlock, as heavy equipment mechanic and eventually he was General Manager; retiring in 1984. He moved back to Oklahoma in 1991, settling in Randlett. While living here in California, Donald enjoyed off-road motorcycling with his friends, looking for ghost towns. He also enjoyed fishing and hunting. He is survived by his two sons, David L. Cochran of Randlett, OK and Daryl W. Cochran of Modesto; two daughters, Donna G. Cosby of Holliday, TX and step daughter Lisa Dell Cruz of Castro Valley; a brother, Floyd Junior Cochran of Talihina, OK; a sister, Anna Faye Griffin of Randlett, OK; three grandchildren and two great grand children; and ex-wife, Betty Cochran of Empire. He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Edgar Cochran and a sister, Margie Bates. Graveside services were held at Randlett Cemetery, Oklahoma on Saturday, October 21, 2006.
