Betty Jane Drake

QUANAH - Betty Jane Drake, 70, died Saturday, Feb. 28, 1998.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Price-Jackson Funeral Home Chapel 
with the Rev. Clinton Young, minister of the First Baptist Church, 
officiating. Burial will be in Quanah Memorial Park.

Mrs. Drake was born in Detroit, Texas. She was a retired farmer and 
rancher. She was a member of First Baptist Church.

She married Jestine Don Drake in 1971 in Walters, Okla. He died in 1986.

Survivors include two daughters, Patti Taylor of Grapevine and Prissy 
Stanley of Big Spring; a son, Damon Carter of Quanah; a brother, Pete 
Richey of Detroit; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

The family requests memorials be to the Ronald McDonald House.
