Holder, 80, of Odessa, passed away Thursday, August 26, 2004, in Odessa. Mr. Holder was born Oct. 13, 1923, in Mannsville, Okla., to William Henry and Edna Green Holder. He was reared and educated in Gould, Okla. He married Earline Wilkinson Sept 10, 1944, in Randlett, Okla. They moved to Odessa in May 1952. He was a retired welder and worked for C.C.C. during WWII. Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Earline Holder of Odessa; one daughter, Sharon Randol Harris of Arlington; two sons, Robert Dewain Holder and wife, Brenda, of Odessa and Michael Jo Holder and wife, Jhosie, of Indialantic City, Fla.; sister, Nina Wilkinson of Bastrop, Texas; eight grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren. Funeral services have been scheduled for 2 p.m. Sunday, August 29, 2004, at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Jimmy Hull and Johnny Starz officiating. His grandsons and great-grandsons will serve as pallbearers. Internment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. The Family will receive friends from 6 p.m. till 8 p.m. Saturday, August 28, 2004, at the funeral home. In lieu of floral tributes, donations may be made to the University Park Baptist Church Bus Fund or Odessey Hospice.
