All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ========================================================================== Lawton Constitution 23 Mar 2003 Eddy Kelley WALTERS—Funeral for Eddy Kelley, 61, Walters, will be at 2 p.m., Tuesday at Church of God in Walters with Roger Noland officiating. Mr. Kelley died Saturday, March 22, 2003, in Lawton. Burial will be at Walters Cemetery under direction of Hart-Wyatt Funeral Home, Walters. He was born May 24, 1941, in Nocona, Texas, to J.W. and Jessie Veal Kelley. He grew up southwest of Walters. He married Barbara Shelton in May, 1959. He worked for Cotton Electric Cooperative for many years as the superintendent of line operations and retired as superintendent of contract labor after 38 years with the company. He married Terry on Sept. 15, 1989, in Wichita Falls. He had served in the National Guard as a tank commander. Survivors include his wife, of the home; three sons: Toby Kelley and wife, Elisa, Altus; Mark Kelley and wife, Karen, Lubbock, Texas; and Todd Kelley and wife, Amy, Walters; a daughter, Kristy Noland and husband, Roger, Walters; two brothers: Buddy Kelley and wife, Jean, Wichita Falls; Vick Kelley and wife, Judy, Sayre; and eight grandchildren: Kimberly, Ryan, Heather, Hannah, Emily, Joshua, Jacob and Lynnsie. He was preceded in death by two sisters: Jonelle Kelley and Dana Kay Plaster; and a brother, Jimmy Kelley.
