Geraldine Walkup

Geraldine Walkup, 77, of Amarillo, died Thursday, June 24, 1999.

Graveside services were at 10 a.m. Monday, in Memorial Park Cemetery with 
the Rev. Allen Norris officiating. Arrangements were by Memorial Park 
Funeral Home, 6969 E. Interstate 40.

Mrs. Walkup was born in Walters, Okla., and attended schools in 
Sweetwater, Okla. She and her husband moved to Amarillo in 1952.

She married DeWitt Walkup in 1938. She was preceded in death by her 
husband in 1980 and by a daughter, Linda DeLores in 1940. 

Survivors include two sons, Phil Walkup of Arlington and Gary Walkup of 
Venezuela; four brothers; four sisters; and four grandchildren. 

The family requests memorials be to the Crown of Texas Hospice.
