Nancy Bright Gentry was born in Lincoln County KY sept.23 1824 and would have been 92 years old next Tuesady. In 1854 she married William J. Gentry who preceeded her in death Sept.11,1913. Following the Civil War Mr.and Mrs.Gentry moved to Ray Co. MO where they lived till 1890 they moved to Vinita then Eucha,where Mr. Gentry died. After his death Mrs.Gentry mover to Vinita and lived till her demise. She is survived by the following children:Mrs.Henry Ralph of Floyd MO;Mrs.G.W. Mitchell of Muskogee; William M. Gentry of Vinita; and R. L. Gentry of Vinita. also surving are 18 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. *This the son No.7 who the 1909 Gentry Family Book says married a Miss .....Taylor of Vinita Okla.
