All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ========================================================================== ::Fairview Cemetery--Vinita OK The Grove Sun Daily Jeanne Inman 1921-2005 VINITA, Okla. - Jeanne Inman, 84 year-old lifetime area resident, went to be with the Lord on Friday, Sept. 23, at Craig General Hospital, Vinita, Oklahoma after an extended illness. Jeanne was born on July 31, 1921 at Centralia, Oklahoma to William Franklin and Alberta (Johnson) Winfrey. Jeanne worked for years in the Vinita and Alluwe area. She spent many years managing the gift shop at the Glass House restaurant in Vinita. She collected antiques and was especially proud of her collection of bears and angels. She was a loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother and great- grandmother and will be greatly missed by her family. Jeanne leaves as surviving her husband, R.C. of the home, her two sons, Ronald Fry and wife Sherry of Tulsa, Thomas Fry of Claremore, four daughters, Gale Fry of Tulsa, Sandra Eppler of Houston, Texas, Charlene Hilliard and husband Lee of Vinita and Phyllis Lentz and husband Bruce of Laurel, Mississippi. Also surviving are stepsons Ronnie Inman and wife Jackie of St. Genevieve, Missouri, Rick and wife Kay of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma and step-daughter-in-law Francy Inman of Vinita, and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Jeanne was preceded in death by both of her parents, and a stepson Nickey Inman. Family visitation will be held at the Burckhalter Funeral Home on Monday September 26, from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Services for Mrs. Inman will be held at the First United Methodist Church of Vinita at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday September 27, 2005 with the Rev. Robert Johns officiating. Casket bearers will be Jeanne's grandchildren: Trent Fortney, Todd Grossman, Tim Inman, Greg Inman, Forrest Barnett, Christopher Bowen, Craig Lentz, Matt Inman and Kevin Lentz. Honorary casket bearers will be Frank Brown, Bob McClain and Eugene Jinks. Burial is to follow at the Fairview Cemetery in Vinita.
