J. Steeber

Jacob R. Steeber, 85, passed away today in a local hospital following 
a long illness. He was born Jan. 27, 1888, in Missouri and was a 
retired farmer.  Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Dottie D. Steeber, 
of the home in Big Cabin; three sons, Jay R. Steeber, Big Cabin, 
Leroy Steeber, Ontario, Calif., and George Steeber, Richland, Wash.; 
two daughters, Mrs. Beth Woolman, Vinita and Mrs. Eva Barber, Big 
Cabin and 12 grandchildren.  Funeral arrangements are pending and 
will be announced later by the Luginbuel Funeral Service of Vinita.
