All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ===================================================================== ::South Lawn Cemetery--Tucson AZ Tucson Citizen, Tucson AZ AHART, Raymond, born January 29, 1924 in Bristow, Oklahoma, entered into new life on October 6, 2003 after a two year struggle with cancer. He is survived by Helen Ahart, his beloved wife of 57 years; three daughters, Stephany (Roger) Peter, Judy (Jeff) Mague, Cathy Hoyt, and son, Steven (Katrina) Ahart. He has six loving grandchildren, Sheri, James, Matthew, Pamela, Aaron, and Rebecca and eight great-grandchildren. Raymond was an Arizona veteran who loved his country, having served in the U.S. Navy during WWII. Moreover, he was a man who devoted his whole life to loving and serving God, his family, his church and many others. Funeral Services will be Friday, October 10th at 1:30 p.m. at SOUTH LAWN MORTUARY, 5401 S. Park in Tucson. Inturment to follow. The family invites his friends to a visitation from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Thursday evening, at El Camino Baptist Church room C-1 and C-8, 7777 E.
