All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ===================================================================== ::NOT LISTED Brown, Frederick Allen Frederick Allen Brown passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 27, 2007 in Scottsdale, Arizona with his family by his side. He was born in Bristow, Oklahoma on June 19, 1938. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Journalism degree and was president of his fraternity, Delta Sigma Phi. He was commissioned as an officer of the United States Army and served in Vietnam. Fred married Susan Debes in 1962 and they lived in San Jose, California and Scottsdale, Arizona. He had a successful career with Motorola for over 30 years. In his retirement, he enjoyed fly-fishing, golf and was actively involved with his church and Habitat for Humanity. Fred is preceded in death by his father, M.L. Brown of Chickasha, Oklahoma. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Susan Brown; mother Kathryn Brown; daughter Jennifer Norrid, son-in-law Grant, and grandchildren, Elise and Hannah of Cave Creek, Arizona; son Paul Brown, daughter-in-law, Kathy and grandchildren Abby and Bennett of Orlando, Florida. He will be deeply missed and will live on in the hearts and memories of his family and friends. A memorial service will be held Saturday, November 3rd, 10:00 a.m. at St. Anthony on the Desert, 12990 E. Shea Blvd., Scottsdale, AZ 85259. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Hospice of the Valley or The Episcopal Church of the Nativity.
