Samuel Dewayne Creason 1972-2005

ROGERS, Ark. - Samuel Dewayne Creason, 32 year old Rogers, Ark. resident, 
passed away Thursday, March 3, 2005.

Samuel was born on October 11, 1972 in Sapulpa, Okla. to James Creason and 
Deborah Walters. He was self employed as a concrete contractor. He was a 
member of the First Baptist Church in Rogers, Ark. Samuel was preceded in 
death by his father, James Creason.

Survivors include: his wife, Heather Joanne Hunter Creason of the home; 
one son, Joshua Hunter Creason of the home; mother, Deborah Triplett; and 
step-father, Carlos Triplett of Glenpool, Okla.; three brothers, Jeffrey 
Creason And Clayton Walters, both of Cincinatti, Ohio and Gary Kincaid of 
Sapulpa, Okla.; one sister, Carla Triplett of Sapulpa, Okla.; and his 
grandmother, Lucille Walter of Glenpool, Okla.

A Graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 8, 2005 at 
the Ketchum Cemetery in Ketchum, Okla.
