Hickman DUMAS - Dora G. Hickman, 85, died Friday, Oct. 10, 2003. Services will be at 2 p.m. today in Morrison Funeral Directors Memorial Chapel with Art Lynch, minister of First Street Church of Christ, officiating. Burial will be in Northlawn Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Hickman was born Nov. 28, 1917, in Edmond, Okla. She was a homemaker and a Dumas and Moore County resident since 1941. She was a member of Temple Baptist Church in Dumas. She married R.L. "Bob" Hickman in 1936 in Gypsy, Okla. She was preceded in death by her husband on Jan. 3, 1990; and a great-granddaughter, Kelly Davidson on Aug. 1, 2000. Survivors include two daughters, Dolores Lundy and husband, David, and Marilyn Ballew and husband, James, all of Dumas; two sons, Ronnie Hickman of Dumas and Kenny Hickman and wife, Patsy, of South Greenfield, Mo.; a sister, Patsy Kincheloe of Sault Sainte Marie, Mich.; a brother, Billy Miller of Fresno, Calif.; 13 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild. The family will be at 520 Floyd in Dumas. The family suggests memorials be to the American Heart Association, P.O. Box 1208, Dumas, TX 79029.
