Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in Llano Cemetery with the Rev. Frank Norred, pastor of Tradewinds Assembly of God, and Mike Eastep, Mrs. King's grandson, officiating. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors of Dumas. Mrs. King was born Dec. 10, 1934, in Mannford, Okla. to Earl and Viola Barnett. She had been a resident of Amarillo since 1970. Mrs. King had worked as a nurse from 1981 to 2002. Ethel was a member of Tradewinds Assembly of God Church in Amarillo. Survivors include a son, Jimmy Baker and wife, Vickie; two daughters, Margie Freer and husband, Charles, and Eunice Crumpton and husband, George; two sisters, Peggy Zack and husband, Bill, and Carol Reece; 18 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; a niece; a nephew; and two great- nieces. The body will be available for viewing from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home in Dumas and from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday at Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2800 Paramount Blvd., in Amarillo. The family will be at 220 Chelsea in Dumas.
