Minister Milton Smith officiated under the direction of Jack Selby of Bixby Funeral Service. Lucille was born January 9, 1917, at Atkins, Arkansas, the daughter of Sylvester Carter and Lelah Allen Carter and passed away Tuesday, January 15, 2002, at Texarkana, Texas. Lucille moved to Bixby in 1971 from Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was a homemaker and former member of the Eastern Star Lodge and a member of North Heights Church of Christ. Survivors are: One daughter, Patricia Albert and husband, Frederick of Bixby; four grandchildren, Terry Hasting, Gail Banham, Jan Zoeller and Fred Albert; six great grandchildren, Stephanie Hasting, Jacqueline Hasting, Chelsea Banham, Bryce Banham, Brandon Zoeller and Jared Zoeller. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, E.T. Link in 1975.
