Lahoma "Tommy" Lowe

Lahoma "Tommy" Lowe of Sapulpa passed away Monday, Nov. 10, 2008, at 
the age of 84. Mrs. Lowe was born April 26, 1924, to Jessie and Fannie 
Shanks. She attended Pickett Chapel Church. Mrs. Lowe was the 
former owner of Lowes Gibble Gas Station in Mounds.

Mrs. Lowe was preceded in death by her husband, Carnell Lowe and her 
parents, Jessie and Fannie Shanks.

Mrs. Lowe is survived by her sons, Robert Lowe and his wife, Vivian 
of Sapulpa, and Hubert Lowe and his wife, Jo Ann of Fort Smith, Ark.; 
daughters, Sharon Christian and her husband, Leon of Sapulpa, and Jo 
Anne Roe and her husband, David of Fulton, Mo.; grandchildren, Bailey 
Shipman and her husband, Michael, Wyatt Lowe, Jason Lowe, John 
Nicholson and his wife, Camy, Shannon Holmes and her husband, Brian, 
Tammy Christian, Rick and Charlotte Christian, Brian Roe, Tina Roe 
Harris and her husband, Jay, Kevin Lowe, Bradley Lowe. She is also 
survived by 16 great-grandchildren; brother, Bob Shanks and his wife, 
Lois of Glenpool; sisters, Ruth Mullins of Sapulpa, and Louise 
Putman-Lee of Kiefer.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, Nov. 13, 10 a.m. at Smith 
Funeral Home Chapel in Sapulpa, with the Rev Bill Oldham officiating.

Pallbearers will be John Nicholson, Brian Roe, Wyatt Lowe, Bailey 
Shipman. Honorary Bearers are Jason Lowe, Tina Roe Harris, Shannon 
Holmes, Kevin Lowe, Bradley Lowe.

Smith Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
