Emma Elisabeth Loyd of Sapulpa passed away Wednesday, Nov. 5, 2008, 
at the age of 74. She was born May 24, 1934, to Freida and Lucas 
Verstraate in Amsterdam, Holland.

Mrs. Loyd is survived by her loving husband of 47 years, Charley E. 
Loyd of Sapulpa; son, Edward and daughter-in-law, Coron Verstraate of 
Amsterdam; daughter, Cora and son-in-law, Curt Denison of Ridgecrest, 
Calif.; daughter, Ellen and son-in-law, John Kennedy of Winnemucca, 
Nev.; grandchildren, Charleen and Curtis Roberts of Ridgecrest, and 
Appollonia and Yalisa Verstraate of Amsterdam. At Emma's request 
there will be no services planned. Smith Funeral Home is in charge of 
arrangements.
