Born in Iron Post, Okla., he was a Yuba-Sutter resident in the 1940s. He was retired after working at Pacific Coast Producers for 30 years. In addition, he served in the U.S. Army during World War II. Survivors include three sons, Garey Hay of Meridian, Billy Hay of Gridley and Garell Hay of Sacramento; two daughters, Debra Clanton of Palermo and Dorothy Wiglesworth of Yuba City; two brothers, Dan Hay of Wichita, Kan., and John Hay of Colcord, Okla.; a sister, Ruth Yarborough of Locust Grove, Okla.; six grandchildren; and six great- grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Rhoda Hay; two sisters, Mary Keith and Marjorie Goforth; and a brother, Pete Hay. Donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association. Services: A service is scheduled at 1 p.m. today at Scheer Memorial Chapel, 2410 Foothill Blvd., Oroville.
