Norvell, Ruby D.

Ruby D. Norvell, 86, of Upland died on November 29, 2006. She was born 
in Mannford, Okla. on July 19, 1920. She worked for 30 years as a 
systems operations inspector before retiring in 1981. Ruby loved 
baking for her friends and family and she also enjoyed crocheting.

Ruby is survived by her daughter Rose Mae Scheinost of Shafter, 
Calif., her brothers Ernie Davidson of Cleveland, Okla. and Leslie 
Davidson of Owassa, Okla., her grandchildren Carrie Stevens of 
Placentia, Calif., Lori Scheinost of Rancho Cucamonga, Calif., Kelly 
Vermeer of Shafter, Calif., and her four great-grandchildren and four 
great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday, December 5 at Draper 
Mortuary, 811 N. Mountain Ave., Ontario, Calif. Service will be at 11 
a.m. Wednesday, December 6 at Bellevue Memorial Park, 1240 West G. 
St., Ontario, Calif. Entombment will follow the service. Draper 
Mortuary entrusted with arrangements.
