All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ===================================================================== ::IOOF Cemetery--Lebanon OR Eugene Register Guard 25 Apr 2007 Leonard Sills HARRISBURG - The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, April 26, at Valley Christian Center in Harrisburg for Leonard D. Sills of Harrisburg, who died April 22 of age-related causes. He was 77. Burial will follow at 2:30 p.m. Thursday at the IOOF Cemetery in Lebanon. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. today, April 25, at Huston-Jost Funeral Home in Lebanon. He was born July 28, 1929, in Kellyville, Okla., to Marion and Sarah Smith Sills. He married Margie Wood on Dec. 3, 1948, in Corcoran, Calif. Sills served in the Army after World War II as part of peacekeeping efforts on the Italian-Yugoslav border. He had worked as a truck driver, pastor and upholsterer. Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Barbara Sage of Joplin, Mo., and Pat Wilson of Harrisburg; a son, Al of Warner Robins, Ga.; two brothers, Vic of Porterville, Calif., and Clayton of Granby, Mass.; eight grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. A great- grandchild died previously.
