Dorothy Ann Tiger

Dorothy Ann Tiger of Sapulpa died Thursday, April 19, 2007, in the 
Pleasant Manor Nursing Home at the age of 66.

Mrs. Tiger was born Oct. 4, 1940, in Claremore and had lived in 
Sapulpa all of her life. She was a daycare provider and a member of 
the Opportunity Baptist Church.

When she was younger, she loved to play softball and take her 
children fishing.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Tiger; her mother 
Marie Washington; and daughters Patricia Ann Tiger and Carolyn Tiger.

Survivors are her children Esther Marie Thomas of Bixby, Mary Sue 
Darland of Tulsa, Paula Kay Andrews of Sapulpa and Paul W. Tiger Jr. 
of McAlester; eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; brothers 
Johnny Washington of Broken Arrow and Bobby Washington of Sapulpa; 
sister Patricia Potter of Sapulpa; many nieces, nephews and friends.

Funeral services for Mrs. Tiger have been set for 1 p.m. Saturday, 
April 21, 2007, in the Smith Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Jack Brown 
officiating. Interment will follow in the Pickett Cemetery.

Serving as casketbearers will be Levi Deaton, Adam Sloan, Ricky 
Pitts, Tommy Pitts, Justin Ethridge, Steve McKinney, David Swinford 
and Sonny Crowels. Honorary bearers will be Sydney Andrews, Cecil 
Tiger, Bobby Washington, Johnny Washington, Paul W. Tiger Jr. and 
Jack West.

Smith Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
