Trumbly BORGER - David L. Trumbly, 69, died Friday, Dec. 3, 1999. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Evergreen Garden in Highland Park Cemetery with the Rev. Jimmy Gillmore, pastor of Riverview Baptist Church, officiating. Arrangements are by Minton / Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger. Mr. Trumbly was born in Bristow, Okla., and had been a Borger resident since 1970. He retired as a technical sergeant in 1970 after 23 years in the Air Force. He also retired as a distribution technician for Southern Union Gas. In 1978, Mr. Trumbly received an associate's degree in business management from Frank Phillips College. He married Midori Trumbly in 1953 at Japan. She died in 1995. Survivors include three daughters, Christine Jones and Linda Heckathorn Roberts, both of Borger, and Patty Noland of Amarillo; two brothers, Red Trumbly and Joe Bob Trumbly, both of Fritch; a sister, Helen Williams of Cushing, Okla.; and seven grandchildren.
