Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Memorial Park Funeral Home Chapel of Memories, 6969 E. Interstate 40, with the Rev. Bill Fitzgerald of San Jacinto United Methodist Church and Dr. Rex L. Mauldin, superintendent of United Methodist Churches in Lubbock, officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Mrs. Brewer was born in Butler, Okla., and had been a lifelong Amarillo resident. She was preceded in death by two husbands, Vernie Davis in 1971 and Harold Lee Brewer in 1980. She worked in the retail clothing business at Eva's and Blackburn's before retiring. She was a member of San Jacinto United Methodist Church. Survivors include a son, David Lee Davis of Amarillo; three daughters, Olive Stivers of Reno, Nev., Wanda Short of Cambridge, Md., and Verna Jo Higginbotham of Amarillo; a brother, Dr. Rex L. Mauldin of Lubbock; nine grandchildren; and eight great- grandchildren. The family will be at 3202 Westhaven Drive.
