She died Wednesday, November 1, 2006, at Forest Hills Health Care Center. Jo Grace graduated from Thomas High School and attended Williams Woods College in Missouri. She was married to Robert A. Foltz for 62 years. He preceded her in death in 2002. She was a professional interior designer (ASID) for over 35 years and owned a specialty shop, The Finishing Touch, in Carmel, CA. Schooled in art, especially in the use of color, she studied at the Ray School of Design, the Chicago Art Institute and with various artists in Arizona and California. She and her husband were travel agents for 25 years and owned the Monterey Travel Agency. Throughout her life she enjoyed volunteer work in the Episcopal Church and teaching art classes to children. She is survived by a niece and several nephews. Service will be 10 a.m., Monday, November 6, 2006, at Moore's Southlawn Chapel with interment at Boston Avenue United Methodist Church's Columbarium in Tulsa.
