Thelma B. Green 

Services: Mon., Jan. 28, 11 a.m. 

Graveside services will be held at Greenlawn Southwest Memorial Park, 
2739 Panama Ln., Monday, January 28 at 11 a.m. for Thelma B. Green, 
81, who passed away January 25, 2002 in Bakersfield. Thelma was born 
January 10, 1921 in Butler, Oklahoma and resided in Kern County since 
1923. She was employed with the Taft City School District for 20 
years and retired as a secretary. She was a member of Libertas 
Chapter #362, Order of Eastern Star. Thelma is survived by her 
daughter, Sandra Lee Green of Henderson, Nevada; grandson and wife, 
Gary and Shawna Petrosian of Fresno; sister, Veda Edgmon of Taft; 
brother, Elmer Haney of Fresno; sister-in-law, Peggy Lippert of 
Bakersfield; and three nieces and two nephews. Visitation will be 
held today, January 27 from Noon to 5 p.m. Greenlawn Southwest 
Mortuary Funeral Directors
