Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in First Baptist Church in Borger with the Rev. Gregg Simmons, pastor, officiating. Private burial will take place. Arrangements are by Brown Funeral Directors. Mrs. Lewis was a retired financial secretary for First Baptist Church. She was a member of First Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband, Don; three sons, Dan Lewis of Lubbock, Doug Lewis of Clinton, Okla., and Duane Lewis of Forney; four brothers, Eugene Stamper, Jack Stamper, Ben Stamper and Gary Stamper; four sisters, Betty Consoliver, Colene Davis, Pauline Smith and Linda Sweany; and seven grandchildren.
