Zola P. Rhoades

Zola P. Rhoades, 87, of Yuba City died Sept. 19, 2007, at Rideout 
Memorial Hospital. 

Born in Custer County, Okla., she was a longtime Yuba-Sutter 
resident. 

She worked as a local real estate agent for 40 years and was a 
licensed cosmetologist and beautician for 20 years. 

Also, she was a member of the Crossroads Community Church; the Order 
of the Moose, Yuba City Chapter 1089; Sutter-Yuba Association of 
Realtors; and the Veterans of Foreign Wars Ladies Auxiliary. 

Survivors include two daughters, Loretta Trimble of Yuba City and 
Betty Hinds of Phoenix, Ariz.; a son, Richard Timmerberg of 
Pleasanton; two sisters, Marie Souza of Yuba City and Vera Brink of 
Lincoln; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. 

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Jeannie Timmerberg; and a 
son, Donnie Timmerberg. 

Donations may be made to Crossroads Community Church, 445 B St., Yuba 
City, CA 95991. 

Visitation is from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at Ullrey Memorial 
Chapel, 817 Almond St., Yuba City. A funeral service is at 10 a.m. 
Monday also at the chapel. Burial follows at Sutter Cemetery.
