::Seward Cemetery--Seward NB

Bonnie Ricenbaw

Bonnie Ricenbaw, 79, of Amarillo, died Sunday, June 27, 1999.

Burial will be in Seward Cemetery in Seward, Neb. Memorial services 
will be held at a later date. Arrangements were by Schooler Funeral 
Home, 4100 S. Georgia Street.

Mrs. Ricenbaw was born in Lincoln, Neb., and moved to Amarillo in 
1996. She owned and operated motels in Oklahoma and Texas, including 
the Ramada Inn in Amarillo, the Ramada Inn in Abilene, the Black Gold 
Motel in Pampa and Glancy Best Western Motel in Clinton, Okla. She 
was a Methodist.

She married Lester Ricenbaw in 1938 at Beatrice, Neb. He died in 
1996. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Nancy Jo 
Ricenbaw, in 1961, and a son, David Lee Ricenbaw, also in 1996.

Survivors include a son, Richard Ricenbaw of Amarillo; a brother, 
Clarence France of Tucson, Ariz.; nine grandchildren; and 13 great-
grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials be to Crown of Texas Hospice, 1000 S. 
Jefferson, Amarillo, TX 79101.
