Obit for Stephen M. Elliott

Stephen M. Elliott

LUBBOCK - Stephen M. Elliott, 39, died Sunday, April 21, 2002.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in Christian Life Assembly of God with the
Rev. Robert Slaton and the Rev. David Harwood officiating. Burial will be in
Parklawn Memorial Park in Plainview by Sanders Funeral Home.

Mr. Elliott was born June 24, 1962, in Los Angeles. He graduated from
Payson High School in Payson, Utah, in 1980. He served in the Marines from
1980 to 1983.

He moved to Oceanside, Calif., in 1997 and was a customer service
representative for Cox Cable. He was a member of the Assemblies of God
Church. He moved to Lubbock in 1997.

Survivors include his parents, Clinton H. and Wanda Elliott of Clarendon; two
sisters, Teresa Wardwell of Clinton, Okla., and Robin Elliott of Lubbock; two
brothers, Daniel Elliott of Temple and Billy Elliott of Childress; three nephews;
two nieces; and four great-nephews.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 6 p.m. today at Sanders Funeral
Home.
