Born Sept. 2, 1910 in Lambert, OK, died Oct. 17, 2003 in Grove, OK. After graduating from Lambert High School in 1928 she moved to Wichita. She graduated from American Bus. College in 1930 with a secretarial degree. In 1935 she moved to Oklahoma City and married Herbert L. Betscher on May 29, 1937. She became a homemaker. She lived in OKC for fifty years and moved to Edmond where she lived for thirteen years before moving to Grove. She was a life long member of the Christian Church. She was preceded in death by parents, Harry A. and Frances E. (Shutt) Norris; husband Herbert L. died Oct. 1976; and son Russell died April 1997. She is survived by daughter Harriett Lee Ison and husband David of Grove; granddaughter Leslie Dillon and husband Lt. Col. L. Ross Dillon of Woodbridge, VA; grandson Lee Ison of Lakewood, CO; two great grandsons Matthew and Christopher Dillon of Woodbridge, VA; and other relatives. Funeral services at Baggerly Memorial Chapel Funeral Home, Okla. City, OK, Oct. 20, 2003, 2:00 p.m. Burial will be at Memorial Park Cemetery, Okla. City, OK. A memorial service will be held at Grand Lake Villa on Oct. 21, 2003 at 3 p.m. Donations may be made to Good Shepherd Hospice, 2106 S.
