Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in the Church of Christ with Larry Ellis officiating. Burial will be in Dickson Cemetery at Benton County, Ark. Arrangements are by Wasson Funeral Home in Siloam Springs, Ark. Mr. Brown was born in Anadarko. He had been a resident of Colcord since 1986, moving from Texas. He was a Coast Guard veteran of World War II and had retired from the Cabot Corp. He was a member of the Colcord City Council and the chamber of commerce. He was head of the Colcord Park Committee and had helped with the Colcord Library Museum. He also was a member of the Church of Christ. He married Juanita Mae Roberts in 1949. Survivors include his wife; a son, Marlin D.
